                                          Process Operator (Coatings / Furnace) (2-ploeg)

What will you do?
In this position, you are responsible for results for very specific processes within Chromalloy, with a focus on coatings and heat treatments of our products. Chromalloy has developed various specialist processes that guarantee unparalleled quality and durability of our products and repairs. You are the standard bearer for our core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Innovation and Pride.

Together with your Cell Leader and colleagues, you work every day to achieve the highest possible in the field of Quality and Safety. Your experience in working with (chemical) processes and metalworking provide a good basis for your daily work. In addition, you have an eye for improvements and you are involved in various (5S) projects to make our processes even better, safer and more efficient.

What do you need for this position?
• A VMBO or LTS level with experience in (chemical) processes, preferably within the high-tech manufacturing industry / metal
• Experience in working with very narrow tolerances and high safety requirements
• Preferably you have experience working with coatings and ovens
• A VCA-VOL certificate
• A proactive attitude with the ambition to deliver the best every day
• English, good both verbally and in writing.
