HR Assistant (entry level)
Who We Are Looking For
The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees, the HR Team, and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies, programs, and practices for our employees. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office). The hours are mid-shift to accommodate our West Coast employees.
What You Will Work On
• Monitors the HR Inbox and addresses incoming inquiries
• Provides HR support to employees
• Completes verifications of employment
• Maintains the data integrity in the HRIS system
• Responsible for completing Employee Status Change forms
• Send out new hire welcome gifts
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Answering HR related phone calls
• Sort HR related mail received in the office
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
What You Will Bring
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Must be able to interact with employees at all levels
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills
*Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources preferred
