Who We Are Looking For
The C24 Private Strategic Group’s Global Concierge Medical Practice is seeking a positive, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Client Team. In this role, you will support the Private Client Team in various ways to provide the member base with service benefits, such as enrollment and renewal data entry, ordering medical kits, specialist recommendations, and travel advisories. In this role, you will also assist with special projects as assigned.
What You Will Work On
- Support with new member onboarding and renewal coordination by completing various steps in the processes, including data entry, document organization, ordering medical kits, documenting all work in the electronic medical record system and process checklists.
- Request, track, organize, and upload medical records to the patient chart for physician review.
- Research and develop tailored travel advisory reports in advance of member travel.
- Liaison with other healthcare providers including obtaining and organizing relevant health information, scheduling, and follow up as requested.
- Provide administrative and clinical support to medical providers to care for member needs in a responsible, positive, timely, and professional manner.
- Assist with medical equipment and service orders as needed.
- Participate in annual (or more frequent) HIPAA and GDPR training and ensure all regulations are followed.
- Document work performed accurately, thoroughly, and timely within the company software systems.
- Prioritization of workload and the ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
- Meet regularly with the team manager to review the workload.
- Identify opportunities and provide feedback to enhance operations.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
What You Will Bring
- Associate’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 3 years in an office with; Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Demonstration of a high-level of professionalism, patience, empathy, and urgency at all times.
- Demonstration of the ability to solve problems with urgency and thoughtfulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office products, prior experience with an electronic medical record application is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Must agree to and pass a background investigation geared to suitability for handling sensitive information.
