Le Directeur(trice) Transformation Transverse et Efficacité Corporative est responsable de la gestion et de l’exécution des initiatives majeures de transformation et d’efficacité pour le groupe corporatif. Il/elle accompagne les projets stratégiques en garantissant leur bon déroulement tout en favorisant une culture de l'amélioration continue et de la performance. Ce rôle implique un travail de coordination et de facilitation des projets, un accompagnement tactique des équipes et une gestion du changement pour assurer une transformation réussie au sein de l’organisation.
- Piloter et suivre les projets de transformation, en veillant à leur bonne exécution en collaboration avec le bureau de la transformation.
- Accompagne pour l’exécution des projets d’efficacité pour les équipes corporatives (planification, gestion du changement, coaching des équipes).
- Coordonner les initiatives d’amélioration des processus, en analysant l’existant, en priorisant et en balisant les actions à mettre en place.
- Assurer la gestion du changement en collaboration avec les partenaires d’affaires Rh et communications pour faciliter l’adhésion des collaborateurs.
- Animer des ateliers de formation et offrir des conseils sur les outils d’efficacité et d’amélioration continue.
💡 Pour réussir dans ce poste, tu dois :
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou en gestion avec une formation ou une expérience en gestion de la performance ;
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente ;
- Tu fais preuve d’un excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse et sais travailler en mode matricielle ;
- Tu disposes d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et d’un très fort esprit d’équipe ;
- Tu as un fort leadership d’influence.
