Role Responsibility
I. Equipment Maintenance & Repair
1. Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of cable production equipment (e.g., extruders, stranding machines, braiding machines, armoring equipment, testing devices) to ensure stable operation.
2. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
3. Participate in developing maintenance schedules (TPM), including regular replacement of wear parts, lubrication, and servicing.

II. Technical Support & Optimization
1. Assist production teams in resolving technical issues related to equipment operation, providing on-site guidance.
2. Contribute to equipment upgrades or retrofits, proposing improvements for efficiency or safety.
3. Support installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of new equipment.

III. Safety & Compliance
1. Strictly adhere to safety protocols, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
2. Regularly inspect safety devices (e.g., emergency stops, grounding systems) to eliminate hazards.

IV. Spare Parts & Cost Control
1. Manage spare parts inventory, initiate procurement requests, and track usage.
2. Optimize maintenance costs by extending part lifespans and reducing waste.

V. Documentation & Training**
1. Maintain detailed repair records (fault symptoms, causes, solutions) and generate analysis reports.
2. Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for equipment operation and maintenance, training operators as needed.

VI. Cross-Department Collaboration**
1. Coordinate with production, process, and quality teams to address equipment-related product defects.
2. Liaise with suppliers or external technicians for specialized repairs or calibrations

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field; familiarity with cable manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in repairing PLCs, inverters, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, etc.
- Strong analytical skills for fault diagnosis; experience with testing tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Certifications (e.g., electrician, welder, or high-voltage operation licenses) are a plus.
