WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams responsible for commercial product data, such as Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and IT
• Define business requirements and applying them to established standards
• Manage small-to-medium size, cross-functional data projects and significantly contribute to large ones spanning seven languages
• Drive the implementation of Chemelex’ commercial data strategy and act as an agent of change, including the syndication of product data to data platforms and key distributors
• Liaise with distributors and data platform owners to improve syndication and the presentation of our products and services on their platforms
• Apply detailed rules and requirements around product data, and contribute to the development and enforcement of governance standards
• Gather, analyze, reconcile and organize commercial product data from a variety of sources
• Become the gatekeeper for all data that goes into our Pimcore system, including bulk data import, export, cleansing and reorganization
• Train and provide general support for users
• Perform testing and debugging activities
• Make PIM product and DAM asset associations in platforms for website consumption
• Assist with digital and web activities to promote Chemelex’ products and ongoing campaigns, including working within our CMS

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years previous experience in or with
• Product data strategy
• Agile methodology and work in Jira preferred
• PIM Informatica/PIM Core or similar system a plus

Skills

• Microsoft Excel, including key logical, VLOOKUP, date and text functions required
• Understanding of data transference and standardization
• Works with a sense of urgency around time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
