Teamcenter PLM Implementation Manager

We are seeking a Teamcenter PLM Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team at Chromalloy. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, executing, and bringing to completion digital transformation projects with special emphasis in Teamcenter PLM Active Workspace (AWS). The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles and practices, with experience in managing the implementation of Teamcenter-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure across Chromalloy’s 15+ global engineering and manufacturing sites Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Develop and grow a Teamcenter 13.3 and Active Workspace 6.2 centric environment with more than 100,000 items.
• Manage and maintain PLM systems for various departments with heavy emphasis on gas turbine Engineering and manufacturing in a multi-CAD environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve PLM workflows, UX/UI and features.
• Coordinate and provide technical support and training for PLM users.
• Work with Teamcenter administrators and key IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity and security within the PLM environment. 
• Develop and maintain documentation related to PLM processes and configurations.
• Monitor system performance and work with PLM support partner to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Coordinate and drive to completion multiple Teamcenter Integration efforts with enterprise level systems with special emphasis on EPICOR ERP integration
• 15% global travel required

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
• 5+ years of experience working in Siemens PLM systems implementation and administration.
• Ability to develop and convey the vision, strategy, roadmap and implementation plans for a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other highly regulated (ITAR/Export Control) industry is preferred.
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Knowledge and experience in project management, both waterfall and agile.
• Self-starter with proactive, results-oriented focus
