Video: What We Do
- Responsible for supervising tax estimation and payments generated by the company, like: income tax, work products tax, state payroll tax, worker-employer payments for Social Security (IMSS), employer payments for housing development and retirement pensions.
- Responsible for supervising the estimation and payment of: vacations, settlements and out of time payrolls, and different payrolls generated by the plant in accordance with internal regulations and ISR, IMSS and INFONAVIT laws.
- Responsible for the company’s treasury and authorizing checks for tax payments, payrolls, vendors and payments for future activities and checking balances.
- Responsible for the budget area of the facility.
- Responsible for updating the accounting operations and reporting them to the Controller.
- Responsible for saving and updating assets, documents, and protecting them by using insurance and assets control.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating plant transactions using tax and legal documents.
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the financial and accountable reports and sending that information to the corporation.
- Responsible for coordinating and controlling employees’ savings fund and getting the best profits for them.
- Responsible for paperwork for taxes compensations and adjustments due to the annual inflation for ISR.
- To analyze and prepare monthly statistical data for INEGI.
- Responsible for all requirements and questions for SCHCP, IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Responsible for depreciation and paying-off estimations by filling and updating all the assets and insurance documentation.
- Supervises and coordinates the development of accounting and financial reporting to issue timely and truthful information.
- Responsible of realizing periodic tests of the TRESS system addressing the payroll to verify if it is working correctly.
- Fixed Assets Control.
- Journal entries registry.
- Calculation of tax payments generated by the company such as:
- Income Tax.
- IETU Tax. DIOT listing.
- Value Added Tax.
- Work Products Tax.
- State payroll Tax. (State 1.80%).
- Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.
Requirements:
- B.A. in Accounting, preferably with master’s degree.
- 5 years’ experience in tax accounting, treasury or Accounting management.
- English (90% written and spoken).
- Labor Regulations, personnel supervision, computer wise, finances, administration, etc.
- Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc )
- Passport, driver’s license, availability to travel, etc.
