Wholesale Marketing Coordinator 

Clarks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Marketing Coordinator to join our Americas Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to support high-impact marketing programs across key U.S. wholesale accounts—contributing to seasonal campaigns, digital activations, in-store marketing, and branded content initiatives.

With 1–3 years of relevant experience, you’ll bring a strong foundation in marketing execution and a knack for cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Manager of Wholesale Marketing, you'll serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, helping to bring the Clarks brand to life across retail environments.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal marketing programs for key U.S. wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and account-specific objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of digital and in-store marketing assets, including identifying seasonal imagery needs and ensuring timely delivery across platforms.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop creative briefs and support the end-to-end creative process.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and sales partners to facilitate marketing activations and ensure flawless program execution.
  • Support the management of account-specific co-op marketing budgets, including PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and monthly tracking.
  • Maintain internal documentation, including campaign trackers, budget sheets, seasonal calendars, and recap reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of wholesale marketing events, digital go-to-market, retail activations, external/internal meetings, and sell-in meetings as needed.
  • Marketing campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand standards and account goals.
  • Co-op budgets are accurately tracked and reconciled, with timely updates to financial documentation.
  • Clarks marketing assets are consistently represented across partner platforms (in-store, online, B2B), supporting cohesive brand expression.
  • Creative deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards, contributing to strong sell-through performance.
  • External vendors and agencies are well-managed, with campaigns meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Clear, actionable seasonal recaps and reports are delivered to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration across departments results in integrated, high-performing marketing initiatives
  • Marketing campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand standards and account goals.
  • Co-op budgets are accurately tracked and reconciled, with timely updates to financial documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within wholesale, trade, or retail brand marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting campaign execution, project coordination, and cross-functional communication.
  • Familiarity with managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processes. 
  •  Willingness to travel up to 5–10% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (budget tracking, PO logs) and PowerPoint (presentations, recaps).
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and asset coordination across ecommerce and in-store environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables with precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination.
  • Familiarity with basic performance reporting and marketing KPI analysis.
