Creative Services Manager
Oversees the end-to-end management of creative briefs within the global creative team, addressing challenges and identifying solutions related to budget, timelines, and deliverables. Manages the workflow and allocation of internal creative resources to ensure on-time delivery of global assets for regional activation, and region-specific activity with the US.
This role is essential for driving the execution of commercial marketing assets in the US, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies to support business objectives. Serving as a key liaison with regional marketers, the role ensures all US DTC initiatives—across retail, wholesale, social media, and advertising—are consistent with global brand direction, while also communicating regional needs back into global planning.

What You'll do |
- Establish and manage workflow processes by collaborating with designers and marketing account managers to effectively schedule work. Partner with the Creative Services Project Manager and Creative Services Executive to oversee the workload of the global creative team across the UK and US.

- Assess and ensure adequate internal and external design and artwork resources are in place. Proactively recommend solutions and provide strategic input on resourcing needs.

- Own the end-to-end project management of the US creative studio’s workload, ensuring briefs are complete and timelines are realistic. Oversee schedules and deliverables, lead regular status meetings with designers, attend project kick-offs and updates, and take the lead in ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the production process—monitoring project progress, reviewing design team output, and keeping marketing partners informed of job statuses. Proactively troubleshoot issues as they arise and collaborate with creative and digital asset teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.
- Act as a key liaison with regional marketers to ensure all US DTC activations—including retail, wholesale, social, and advertising—are aligned with global brand direction, while also communicating regional needs to inform global planning.
- Manage relationships with external vendors—including printers, photographers, and copywriters—to support both US and global creative needs. Oversee ad-hoc production for photoshoots, ensuring delivery of content that supports e-commerce and marketing initiatives.
- Provide support for US corporate communications and internal marketing efforts, working closely with the VP of Marketing and channel managers.
- Assist the global photography team in China by collaborating closely with the photographer coordinator, US product line managers, and assistants to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of e-commerce photography requirements.
- Oversee purchase orders and work orders, negotiating with third-party suppliers to secure the best value and quality. Manage the annual budget, forecast seasonal project needs, and ensure strict adherence to budget constraints.

What You'll Bring |
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication or related field
|
- Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills
|
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and project management software
|
- Planning workflow, managing deadlines, ability to multi-task
|
- Able to manage execution of designers' concept, through a variety of medium/processes
|
- Ability to deliver work on time, on budget using appropriate resources
|
- Verbal and written communication skills.
|
- 4+ years of experience working with graphic designers, creative sourcing, art production or related area, digital asset managers, and freelance vendors.
|
- Successfully managed workflow from initial work order hand off through to print.
- Experience of Basecamp, Workfront, Trello or equivalent work-flow management systems
