Sales Coordinator- Entry Level

JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Coordinator at our hotel, you will play a vital role in managing group reservations and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency with property management systems such as CI/TY and Lightspeed. You will be working closely with the Sales Managers and the Front Desk to ensure groups and meetings are executed properly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

BUSINESS RESULTS

• Creates sales contracts as required.
• Comprehends budgets as needed to assist in the financial management of department. Understands the impact of department's role in the overall financial goals and objectives of the hotels and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Respond promptly to all incoming leads regarding group bookings.
• Gather all necessary details from clients to build opportunities for Sales Managers.
• Create and maintain accurate files for each group booking, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

GUEST SATISFACTION

• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and builds long terms mutually beneficial customer relationships to support future revenue growth.
• Sets a positive example for guest relations.
• Reviews Guest Service Results with leaders.
