Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers. Provide strategic direction and leadership for global Griffith Foods Food Safety and Quality Systems across all locations and businesses within the portfolio, including all enterprise systems and functional tools.
The role will set and manage all requirements and standards related to FSQS policies and related functions/processes to assure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, consistency of purpose and improvement in performance.
The candidate for this role must be an expert in FSQS information systems, food safety and quality standards, testing methods and lean/continuous improvement processes within the food industry, by bringing consistency and best practices through communication and evaluation of performance. |

Responsible for managing projects and ensuring efficient allocation of impactful outcomes within company and industry standards. Role will bring consistency and purpose to understanding performance against goals and objectives. This person will be responsible for teaching and increase the knowledge base of many associates across the organization and within the FSQS organization. |

This person must be able to lead without authority and work to convince and influence associates at all levels and locations of the organization.
