Physical Therapist - Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized therapeutic care promoting optimal development and recovery. You will assess patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide family training, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides evaluation and direct patient care for those individuals referred by their physician requiring physical therapy services, whether in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation. 
• Staff PT establish the plan of care and goals of their patient’s rehabilitative care. 
• Staff PT's must be skilled in the use of all equipment utilized in patient care, provide timely and accurate patient evaluation and treatment documentation and correspond regularly with attending physicians. 
• PT utilizes knowledge of age-appropriate guidelines to provide care for the adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. 
• Position involves working some weekends. 
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active state licensure
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with infants and families.
