Certified Sterile Processing Technician

• 7:00 am- 5:30 pm, (on-call rotation until 12:00 am weekdays, 7 am – 12 am on weekends and holidays)

***$7,500 Sign-on Bonus***

Position Summary

To provide aseptic supplies and equipment to be used in patient care by utilizing the proper processing of instrumentation and supplies, i.e., cleaning, sterilizing, storing, etc.

Qualifications:

Education:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Certification from an approved CSS technician program, or in the process of achieving said certification preferred

Experience: 

One (1) year experience as CST technician preferred

Other Qualifications:

Knowledge of instruments and sterilization procedures.  Knowledge of safety precautions and hazards of steam and Sterrad sterilizers.
