Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Physician Recruiters to understand staffing needs and job requirements for open physician positions.

• Proactively source candidates for physician roles through various channels, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media platforms, and networking at professional conferences, schools, and community events.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified physician candidates for current and future needs.

• Assist in managing the candidate experience by conducting initial outreach, screening, and providing consistent communication with candidates.

• Support the recruitment team in coordinating and scheduling interviews, follow-up activities, and managing candidate logistics.

• Schedule high-volume interviews logistics for internal and external candidates, coordinating calendars, room bookings, and sending meeting notices within established SLAs.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitive market data, and best practices in physician sourcing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Required: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related fields, with a strong focus on sourcing and candidate engagement.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare recruitment or familiarity with the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

• Must be comfortable with using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal teams.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
