Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of a physician or advanced practice provider

• Assist with patient exams, treatments, and procedures

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed

• Accurately document patient information and maintain electronic medical records

• Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

• Collaborate with team members to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office or outpatient setting preferred

Licensure/Certifications:

• Current, valid LPN license in applicable state

• Current CPR certification
