We are seeking engaged, driven individuals to join our team of Non-CDL Mixer Operators at SRM Concrete. The primary responsibility of the Mixer Operator is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. This involves safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing concrete according to precise specifications. The role demands a strong commitment to safety, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport concrete products.
• Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols.
• Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and other relevant documentation as required.
• Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process.

Qualifications:

• Proven safe driving record.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions.
• No unexplained gaps in employment history.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
