The Account Coordinator – Major Accounts Support Team (MAST), provides administrative and customer support to internal stakeholders and select major clients. The Account Coordinator brings experience in contract administration / major account set up, assisting with billing support, and competent in working with customer software programs. Driven by a “customer first” approach, they are extremely resourceful and knowledgeable in working collaboratively with functional groups within our organization. Reporting to the Manager – MAST, the Account Coordinator works to make sure that our major clients’ portfolio is accurately set up and maintained ensuring a best in class customer experience.
What you’ll do:
Administrative
- Account creation and maintenance;
- Maintain contractual alignment to internal systems;
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Billing
- Account credit and rebill support as needed;
- Billing requirement alignment on internal systems;
- Support and troubleshoot invoice submissions &/or disputes as needed.
Digital
- Alignment of data feeding the customer portal and dashboard;
- Account maintenance in ADDs, MySuperior portal and dashboard;
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer automation;
- Submission of customer dashboards and portal requests;
- Track customer portal and dashboard engagement and enrollment;
- Identify how the portal and dashboard can support customer requirements.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Support when applicable
- Allocate and manager assigned service level agreement tasks required for RFP submission;
- Maintain document control for contracts, customer rates and amendments;
- Support timeline for customer proposal submission deadlines;
- Support sales representative on RFP process.
What you bring:
- High school diploma; post secondary education in Business, Project & Contract Management certification is considered an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ of RFP & Contract Management experience is an asset
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, ERP and financial software.
- Experience with Superior Propane’s ADD system (including Raven and Pegasus) and the MySuperior suite is an asset.
- Proven ability to establish collaborative work relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in difficult situations.
- Is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Ability to problem solve and identify process improvements.
- Experienced with business process and customer service.
- Critical reasoning and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, bilingual would be an asset.
