What You’ll Do
- Be the one-stop-shop for residential and small commercial customers ready to join or expand with Superior Propane.
- Handle inbound sales calls and web leads—qualify prospects, present smart energy solutions, and close the sale.
- Keep your sales funnel healthy with consistent follow-up and timely outreach.
- Support retention by delivering exceptional service and launching proactive outbound campaigns.
- Spot larger commercial opportunities and pass them on to our field experts for next-level service.
- Work with internal teams to ensure our customers experience a smooth, professional onboarding.
- Operate independently, while staying connected with a collaborative sales and service team.
What You Bring
- A great attitude and a hunger to grow—you’re fired up and ready to learn.
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience (bonus if it’s in energy or utilities).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in French and English—you’ll be using both daily across our Canadian customer base.
- A natural communicator who builds relationships with ease and closes with confidence.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and a quick learner with new systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A flexible mindset—you're able to adapt to changing customer needs and team goals.
