Your Role
Warehouse Attendant
Work Location: 16800 W Glendale Ave, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, possible daily and weekend overtime depending on customer needs

Role Overview: Perform daily warehouse functions including putting products away, picking and delivering orders. Maintain bin accuracy, organize products, and ensure timely receipt and delivery. Rework and refurbish wood crates using diagrams, cut sheets, and power tools. Use crate labels and computer systems to organize inventory. Log in and out of jobs in Ops Center (ERP system) and follow production schedules. Adhere to safety and personal protective equipment requirements. This position requires non-CDL driving.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting Products:
- Safely transport products to customer sites using Bobtail or flat-bed trucks.
- Drive in congested traffic in urban and rural areas.
- Obtain signatures on delivery orders and submit them to dispatch or manager.
- Perform local deliveries and pick-ups only.
- Loading and Unloading:
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
- Pre and Post Trip:
- Perform pre-trip truck inspections.
- Report vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
- Maintain a clean truck presentation.
- Facility Team Member:
- Report equipment defects or maintenance needs.
- Follow all procedures and policies.
- Work efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environment.
- Warehouse Functions:
- Pick orders, put products away, deliver products, and perform cycle counts.
- Inspect wood crates for repairs or adjustments.
- Use tape measures to ensure measurements match cut sheets.
- Record and catalog information on crate labels.
- Use forklifts to move and organize crates.
- Wood Crate Refurbishment and Repair:
- Repair damaged or worn parts on recycled TransPak crates.
- Safely use power tools such as nail guns, staple guns, power drills, grinders, and hammers.
- Use production software to track jobs.
- Assemble bases or skids for crates, requiring crouching, kneeling, and use of heavy nail guns.
- Apply foam to wood crates using adhesives.
What We’d Like to See from You
- Highly Desired
- 3 months of experience in carpentry, construction, or landscaping.
- Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds using a pallet jack or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with dimensional and electrical power tools and motorized equipment.
- Basic computer skills for logging jobs in Ops Center.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Preferred and Helpful
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Forklift experience
