Compensation:

  • Base: $125,000-$150,000
  • Bonus: 10% Target Bonus
  • Total Compensation (Base + Bonus):  The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $125,000 - $165,000 per year

 

Position Overview

FBM is seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Developer to join our IT team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions, with specific expertise in SAP Build Code, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), supporting integrations through SAP Intelligent Suite, and enhancements through API processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a blend of technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to drive business success.

This is a full-time, hands-on technical role requiring strong knowledge of ERP platforms, business processes, and cloud integrations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP solutions, focusing on SAP Build Code, CPI, Intelligent Suite integrations, and API-based enhancements.
  • Develop technical architectures and designs to meet business and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute solution implementation, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including bug fixes and performance optimization.
  • Develop and manage APIs for streamlined processing and data exchange across systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration across SAP Intelligent Suite applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to empower business users.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP technologies and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Ensure system compliance with corporate IT policies, security, and audit requirements.

 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth expertise in SAP BTP, SAP Build Code, CPI, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of intelligent suite integrations for end-to-end business process automation.
  • Familiarity with SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques, including use cases, user stories, and UI design principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes and technical workflows.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori apps and extensibility on SAP BTP.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP technologies, including SAP BTP, CPI, API development, and intelligent suite integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Build Code and integration development.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and middleware integration principles.
  • Previous experience in the distribution or manufacturing industry is a plus.
