Shipping Clerk II

Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all orders are accurately packed, labeled, and dispatched on time.
• Verify shipping information, including addresses and product quantities, to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure orders are complete and correct before shipping.
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and organize products in the warehouse as needed.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring products are handled with care.
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and restocking as needed.
• Perform cycle counts regularly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Help with any additional tasks required in the warehouse to ensure smooth daily operations.

The experience and skills we value:

• Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons or special shipments.
