Digital Test Analyst (6 months contract)
The Digital Test Analyst will work on ecommerce and retail platforms, managing testing for systems such as Akeneo, Commerce Tools, Adyen, Amplience, Algolia, and NewStore. The role seeks a candidate with previous experience of Ecommerce and/or retail platforms that can support the testing of upcoming Clarks projects.
- Key responsibilities include hands-on testing across integrations, collaborating with business teams to refine requirements, creating test scenarios and scripts, and supporting UAT.
- The role involves participation in Agile ceremonies, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- The candidate should have solid experience with functional/non-functional testing, integration, and end-to-end testing within Ecommerce and Retail platforms
- Expertise in tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence is required
- The role also requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely escalation of blockers, managing test environments, and contributing to defect resolution.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ecommerce systems, APIs, ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions, with knowledge of industry tools like MS Dynamics, BigCommerce, SAP, and Mulesoft. Familiarity with test automation, detailed testing across devices, and an ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively are key.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and CI/CD development is preferred.
