Things you may be involved in:

• Contract management and Purchase Order Review of customer accounts through an in depth understanding of Chromalloy and customer obligations
• Customer service through status reports, frequent phone / email communication, management of unique account requirements and ensuring advocacy and resourcefulness with regards to customer inquiries
• Communication of contract obligations to production and leadership teams as it relates to business processes
• Handling/researching difficult issues and problems in day-to-day customer inquiries, communication, order status reports and other business transactions as it relates to customer accounts
• Production of price quotations for customers which may require coordination with the leadership team on larger programs and / or contract negotiations
• Support Senior Planner with the demand forecast from all customers
•  Maintain department safety and housekeeping standards 
• Adhere to all Company health, safety and environmental policies while performing job duties

Position Qualifications

• Required current enrollment in A bachelor’s degree program or another related field
  • Must be in Junior or Senior year of BA studies.
• Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices
• Strong data analysis & technical problem solving
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent computer skills including an understanding of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
