About Us
This offer applies to Authoring department which is responsible for creating spare parts catalogues for one of the leading car manufacturer. We are proudly taking a key part in the whole cycle, from adding service decisions to each part, through cataloguing, illustrating to providing support to our client as a help desk.
About you
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Basic knowledge of MS office package
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to details and desire to achieve high level of accuracy
Nice to have
- Knowledge about the car construction and car parts
- Interest in automotive area
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for OEM client
- Analyzing, researching and interpreting automotive parts engineering data
- Issuing new OEM spare parts into global distribution
- Making decisions that have key impact on parts stocking and availability for dealerships that are essential for routine maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repairs
- Working on multiple resources (databases, technical drawings, technical specifications, 3D models)
- Liaising not only with internal departments, like customer support team, but also multiple customers departments and dealers
