Chromalloy Holland is gevestigd in Tilburg en we zijn gespecialiseerd in de reparatie, vervaardiging en coating van vliegtuigonderdelen. We doen dit voor grote luchtvaartmaatschappijen, fabrikanten van vliegtuigmotoren en bedrijven die de revisie daarvan doen. Wij zijn het enige niet-OEM-bedrijf in de wereld dat coatings, reparaties, gietstukken, productie en revisies allemaal vanuit een enkele bron kan aanbieden. CNC Machine Operator (2-shift)
What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for highly specific CNC operations at Chromalloy, with a focus on turning and/or milling our products. Chromalloy operates various specialized machines that ensure unmatched quality and durability in our products and repairs. You will embody our core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Innovation, and Pride.
Together with your Team Leader and colleagues, you will work every day to achieve the highest possible standards in Quality and Safety. Your experience with CNC machines and any programming knowledge will provide a solid foundation for your daily tasks. Additionally, you have an eye for improvement and are involved in various (5S) projects to make our processes even better, safer, and more efficient. One week you will work 5 days in the day shift, and the next week you will work 4 evenings in the evening shift.
What do you need for this role?
- A VMBO or MBO level education with experience in machining processes, preferably in the high-tech manufacturing or metal industry
- Experience working with very tight tolerances and high safety standards
- Preferably experience with single-piece production
- A proactive attitude with the ambition to deliver the best every day
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
