Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Manager, Operational Compliance, to support efficient operations and ensure adherence to compliance standards across the organization. This role will focus on coordinating staffing needs, managing time and attendance (T&A) systems, supporting labor compliance, managing accountability of weekly operations tasks, and building simple tools to track operational metrics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident working cross-functionally to support reporting and trend analysis.
What You Will Work On
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to track staffing needs and assist in recruitment coordination across all regions by analyzing OT reports.
- Support daily management of time and attendance practices, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and applicable regulations.
- Help identify and reduce inefficiencies such as non-billable hours and excess overtime, supporting service delivery optimization.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, especially as they relate to scheduling and T&A; support updates to processes as laws evolve.
- Build and maintain basic tools (spreadsheets, dashboards) for tracking performance metrics and operational trends.
- Interpret operational data, distinguish metrics from raw data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Work with Finance, HR, & Operations teams to align operational reporting, validate labor-related data, and contribute to workforce and cost trend analysis.
What You Will Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in staffing coordination, operations, or timekeeping management.
- Familiarity with labor regulations or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to create basic reporting tools and use them to identify operational patterns.
- Strong data literacy – able to spot trends and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across departments, especially with Finance and HR teams.
