POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Intern will contribute to company success by supporting the Human Resources team in various day-to-day tasks and project work. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist with projects related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations and more. This intern will be able to apply classroom-based knowledge to projects and gain essential skills needed to be career ready. AtriCure is dedicated to developing successful leaders, and we strive to provide real, hands-on experience for each intern.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Review labor laws and other employment policies for different countries
  • Source top candidates for open jobs using LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies
  • Learn the recruitment cycle and assist the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting candidates
  • Send forms such as contracts and payroll forms to new employees
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires including the pre-employment communication and first day orientation
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned, depending upon candidate’s unique skillsets

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s / Applied Sciences / HBO student in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • 6-month internship availability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
