Who We Are Looking For

 

We are looking for a Salesforce Certified Administrator with a minimum of 12 months’ demonstrable practical experience in a Salesforce Administration role.


What You Will Work On

 

Working in the Sales Operations team you will be supporting all aspects of the Administration of our Salesforce environment. This will involve all aspects of the day-to-day Administration of Salesforce, including, but not limited to -

 

  • Implementing new features
  • User management
  • Answering and solving user support cases
  • Eliminating duplicate data
  • Creating and updating reports and dashboards
  • Gathering user requirements and designing and implementing innovative solutions using Salesforce Flows, Custom Objects, fields etc.

 

Who You Will Work With  

 

You will report to the Sales Operations Director.


What You Will Bring
 

 

  • Sales Administrator certification is essential, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant would be beneficial/desirable
  • Experience of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow
  • Experience of Pardot, and Conga Contracts would be beneficial but not essential
  • You should be a fast learner with a high attention to detail, and keen to pick up and implement new skills
  • A self-starter, with excellent all-round communication skills and experience of dealing with people at all levels in an organisation

 

Notes

  • This is a full-time role, for a fixed term of 6 months, with the possibility of this being extended.
  • You will be required to travel to our London Bridge office and other UK offices as and when required, so you should ideally be located within a 1-hour commute of central London.
