Manager, Learning & Development
Christie Digital Systems is actively looking for a Manager of Learning & Development. This role will require someone who can both design e-learning and async content and facilitate live sessions, as well as strategically use outside resources to support the Learning and Development roadmap. You will work closely with the Sr. Director, Human Resources and Management, the technical training group, as well as the People Leadership team, to deliver both ongoing and one-off programs that support our managers and employees. We are looking for someone who can put together thoughtful and unique training programs. Most importantly, the ideal candidate has a passion for learning and development!

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized learning solutions including course content, e-learning materials, lesson plans, supporting materials and relevant assessment tools.
- Develop change management approach, stakeholder maps, and communications strategy to support initiatives.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on internal learning management systems, maintaining best practices and system optimization
- Facilitate leadership development programs in both in-person and virtual settings
- Continuously track the program’s success using KPIs that reflect the program’s objectives.
The experience and skills we value:
- Proven track record of driving organizational change, improving performance, and developing innovative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Program Management or related field.
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with project management, content creation, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Passion for and experience in any of the following spaces: L&D, HR and/or Talent Management
- Exceptional communication skills exhibited at all levels within an organization
- Experience using Adobe articulate or similar platform
- Oracle/ JD Edwards business system
- Absorb or like LMS
